This Web site provides you with information about the faculty courses -- course construction; teaching/instructional methods; student outcomes assessment/evaluation; and philosophy of community and technical college education -- necessary to complete the teaching and learning competency requirement. 

The Philosophy of Community and Technical College Education course, required to complete the teaching and learning competency requirement for new unlimited college faculty, will be available for Fall, 2008. The course will be offered in an online, self-directed, non-credit format as a D2L course from the Center for Teaching and Learning.
